Facebook stands up to employers
Facebook has announced it may sue employers who require applicants or employees to provide their Facebook password. Not so sure Facebook would win, but who wants the honor of being the test case?

Basketball (not anytime soon)
The NBA lockout has already resulted in cancellation of the first month of games. For now, it looks like the fans, owners and players are losers, but the lawyers are not.

Walking in New Orleans
We've had a long winter. Its nothing compared to the Upper Midwest or the Northeast, but still more cold and dreary rain than wanted. Yesterday, however, was a glorious spring day and perfect for a long, mind settling walk. More after the jump
