Non-majority unions
Here is a pretty good review(pro-labor) of the case for permitting minority unionization which would circumvent any need to prove a union's majority status.
My law practice is based in New Orleans. I am licensed to practice in Louisiana and Mississippi. For the last 37 years I have been a labor relations and employment attorney (management). My practice consists of doing the things other labor and employment attorneys do. I wont bore you with those details. If you want more information, ask me. I am married to a long suffering and wonderful wife. We have 4 children.
