Two things to watch. The the defense appropriations bill that the Senate Committee on Appropriation passed includes Senator Franken's amendment to prevent forced arbitration of assault and rape claims. In its current form the bill applies to contractors who have contracts totaling $1 million or more. The bill also includes an extension of the COBRA subsidy.
